1. What type of services do you offer?
I offer marketing planning and consulting.
2. Do you implement marketing or public relations activities for clients?
I do not implement activities clients. I work with clients who are willing to implement their own marketing and public relations activities but need help developing an easy to use plan that they can execute and track for results. I will help in every way possible to make sure that you are able to implement your marketing activities as efficiently and stress free as possible.

3. What industries do you work with?
I work with professional service firms and sales professionals (accounting, financial planning, insurance, ETC.)

4. How do you work?
I talk with clients through email and phone to discuss what their needs are and what they are trying to accomplish. We then develop a plan that whether marketing or public relations that lays out a strategies and tactics to meet their goals.

5. How much do you charge?
Services list:
Marketing Plans (includes social media marketing or can be exclusively social media planning): start at $150

Month-to-month Consulting: $200 a month if I have created your marketing plan. $300 a month if you have your own marketing plan. Service includes 4 monthly calls and unlimited email assisntanct.

Long-Term Marketing Consulting: Starting at $600 a month depending on length of contract.

6. Why does it say starting at?
The plan starts with at basic fee and then increases depending on the how many goals and objectives you want to cover within the plan. If you have one only one goal, say creating brand awareness then the fee is the base fee of $150. If you want to create brand awareness and generate leads, then the plan will cost more or if you have one goal with 10 objectives then the cost of the plan will increase beyond the basic fee. You will receive the total cost when I send you the summary of our conversation.

7. What are you payment policies?
I require full payment before I began working on your plan. If you cancel the plan at least five days before the complete date, I will give you a full refund. If you cancel the plan less than five days before completion day, I will give you a 50% refund. Consultation services require advance payment of the first month; unused time is refunded if services are cancelled.

8. How do I pay for services?
Clients may pay via a PayPal account, or by e-check or credit cards via a PayPal invoice. I do not accept personal checks or money orders.

10. How long does the project take to finish

The average marketing plan takes one to four weeks to complete. This depends on how quickly we are able to determine your needs and I receive requested information to complete the planning process. There is work that is required from you to make sure that I am able to complete a plan that you will make you happy. I need to understand your company, goals and capabilities. If you do not like public speaking then I will make sure that your plan does not include public speaking. I goal is to ensure that the activities that are chosen for you are ones that you are comfortable.

11. What format and how will my project be delivered?

The plan is delivered via email as a locked .PDF file. Once we receive the full payment and we get your approval, we will send the file as a Microsoft Word .DOC file, by default. Of course, if you request your content to be delivered in any other format, we can do that for you as well.

12. How do I place an order?

Placing an order is very simple. Just go to our Contact Page and submit an inquiry and we will begin the process.
13. What will happen after I place my order?

Once you place your order, I will contact you within 24 hours about your project.

14. Do you guarantee results?

Absolutely not. I can say the more effort you put into your marketing and public relations the better results you will see. You the goal is not to scatter your efforts but to have a targeted, measurable plan that once implemented consistently produces results.
